This is a comprehensive insurance package providing cover for your Dwelling building and Personal liability & Voluntary medical payments.
Section 1: Dwelling building & Personal property
1. Dwelling buildings
This section provides cover forl loss or damage to the residential buildings (whether owner or rented) against loss or damage by:
- Fire, exclusion & lighting
- Riot/strike, malicious damage & civil commotion
- Attempted theft
- Impact by road vehicles
- Falling trees
- Falling aerial devices
- Bursting & overflowing of water tanks and pipes.
